Dick is a familiar name at GVT. For those of you who have not had the pleasure, Dick is President of Wendy's Restaurants of Rochester, Inc., which operates over 100 Wendy's restaurants in five states. He has been a franchisee of Wendy’s for over 35 years. Dick is also President of DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines, a Rochester based regional restaurant chain with 15 locations in four states. Prior to establishing Wendy's Restaurants of Rochester, Inc., Mr. Fox was Vice President of Finance for Wendy’s International, Inc. Dick began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. He then moved to Prescott, Ball and Turben, a Cleveland based investment firm. Dick is a Director of the Canandaigua National Corporation. Dick currently serves as a Trustee of the Genesee Country Village and Museum and the Seneca Waterways Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is a Trustee of the Wendy’s National Advertising Program. Dick received a BA in Economics from Kenyon College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Dick lives in Brighton with his wife. They have five adult children.
