Owen is the Director of Long Term Investments at Paychex Inc., which he joined in 1995. He is responsible for developing Paychex’s investment portfolio strategy and overseeing the investment of the company’s long-term fixed income assets. Prior to joining Paychex, Owen was a Senior Investment Officer at Rochester Community Savings Bank, where he participated in the development and implementation of the Bank’s funding, hedging and investment strategies. Owen began his career as a Financial Advisor at Prudential Bache Securities in 1984. Owen has more than 25 years of diverse fixed income securities investment experience, including service on the Municipal Securities Rules Making Board (MSRB) Investor Advisory Group from 2003-2005. He earned both his BA and MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York. Owen lives in Brighton with his wife and two children.
