As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Plotnik is focused on the day-to-day operations, fiduciary and compliance concerns and continued management of key client relationships. She has more than fifteen years of experience as a practicing Trusts and Estate attorney and extensive experience as a community fundraising volunteer.
Joy earned a BA from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Boston University School of Law.
Joy currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of the Strong National Museum of Play and Secretary of the Board of Children's Institute. Joy’s current and past community involvement includes the Harley School, the Jewish Home of Rochester, ABVI/Goodwill, the Jewish Community Federation and the Monroe County Bar Association.
